1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sites Scout ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Sites Scout provides external website analysis, SEO auditing, and actionable recommendations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice to you.

3. Payments and Refunds

The full audit costs $249, paid once in US dollars before the review begins. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

If you ask for a refund before I’ve started reviewing your site, I’ll refund the full $249. If I can’t take on your audit, for example if your domain isn’t a fit at the approval step, you’ll get a full refund automatically and won’t need to chase me for it.

Once your report has been delivered, the $249 is not refundable, because each report is written by hand for one specific website and can’t be reused or resold. If something in your report is wrong or unclear, tell me and I’ll correct it or explain it at no extra charge.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not use the Service to:

  • Submit URLs for audit that distribute material violating the rights of any third party.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our internal systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, methodology, and format provided by Sites Scout are owned by Sites Scout and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Reports generated by the Service for your specific websites may be used by you freely.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sites Scout makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. We don't guarantee that implementation of our recommendations will result in specific search engine rankings or traffic improvements.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sites Scout, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
